FreeStyle LibreLink - BR 2.11.2

The FreeStyle LibreLink application has been approved for use with sensors from the FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 systems. Users can scan the sensor with their smartphone to check their glucose levels. FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensor users can now receive automatic glucose readings on the FreeStyle LibreLink app, updated every minute. Additionally, they can receive alerts for low or high glucose levels.

You can utilize the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

• View your current glucose level reading, trend arrow, and historical glucose level data
• Receive alerts for low or high glucose levels with FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors
• Add notes to monitor your food intake, insulin use, and exercises
• View reports, such as Time in Range and Daily Patterns
• Share your data with your doctor and family with your permission

USING THE APP AND READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alerts can only be issued on either the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or smartphone, not both simultaneously. Start the sensor with the app to receive alerts on your smartphone. Initiate the sensor with the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader to receive alerts on it. After starting the sensor with the reader, you can also scan that sensor with your smartphone.

Keep in mind that the app and reader do not share data. For comprehensive information on a device, scan the sensor every 8 hours with that specific device; otherwise, your reports will not contain all data. You can upload and view data from all your devices at LibreView.com.
